Once we have a design that you are happy with, getting workmen in to do the work is the next step. In order to facilitate getting quotes for any building and decorating work necessary to complete your design, we can produce a set of building and decorating specs for each room. These documents detail all work required to be completed by the contractors and help to prevent contractor misunderstandings, facilitate accurate quotations in the tendering process and also provide a checklist and reference for contractors as the building work progresses.
